SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sew Obsessed! I want to make sure your experience is as smooth and easy as possible. Here is everything you need to know about the shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As all products are hand made by me this process can take between 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Prices and Delivery Time
Standard shipping across Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
The expected delivery time is: 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as your location or delays with the courier service.
3. Shipping providers
I use Australia Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
5. International Shipping
At this time, I only offer shipping within Australia.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, I offer the following return policy:
1. Return Window
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days I am unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packing intact. I am unable to accept returns for:
* Sale or discounted items.
* Customized or pesonalised products.
* Items that have been worn, used or damaged.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
If you meet the return criteria, you can choose between:
* A full refund on the returned product to your original payment (excluding shipping cost).
* An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. How to Return a Product
* Email me at sewobsessed5@gmail.com to request a return and provide your order number and reason for the return.
* I will send you further instructions on how to return the item to me.
Ensure the item is packed securely for return shipping.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges for Size/Colour
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
